At minimalisma we hope that you and your family will be delighted with everything that you buy from us. However, we understand that at times something might not be quite right and that is why we have a no-questions-asked returns policy.

But please make sure that you return the goods within 14 days of dispatch and that the garment is in an un-worn condition and in the original wrapping and package. We will then be happy to offer you a refund, an exchange, if possible, or a credit note.

  

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you would like to return any goods to us then please contact us as early as possible by e-mail to:

In your e-mail, please indicate if you would like to make an exchange or whether you would like us to refund your purchase or issue a credit note. Moreover, it is important that you inform us your invoice number. 

Upon receiving your e-mail, we will give you details as to the further procedure.

Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. However, we will send out any exchanges for free.
